Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing websitebuilder.toolsnestt.com and using the hosting engine at maximhot.workers.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tools Nestt.

2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller **Paddle.com**. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By subscribing to our services, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Subscription & 7-Day Trial

Tools Nestt offers a 7-day free trial period for new projects. The trial begins immediately upon project creation. After 7 days, access to the hosting services will require a paid subscription. Failure to provide a valid payment method through Paddle will result in automatic suspension of the hosted content.

4. Service Delivery & Hosting

We provide a hybrid hosting environment using Cloudflare R2 and D1. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Content is distributed via Global Edge Nodes, primarily optimized for **Western North America**.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Tools Nestt for:

• Phishing, malware distribution, or deceptive practices.
• Hosting content that violates intellectual property rights.
• High-frequency automated bot activity that disrupts the Cloudflare Workers engine.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tools Nestt and its founder, Vladimir Maksimović, shall not be held liable for any data loss, financial damages, or service interruptions resulting from the use of our hosting engine.
