Evaluation Period

Tools Nestt provides a 7-day full access free trial for all subscription tiers. This allows users to test all features, including deployment and custom domains, before any financial commitment.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com according to the following criteria:

  • Technical failure on our side that prevents hosting for more than 48 hours.
  • Accidental renewal if reported within 24 hours of the transaction.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Users who forgot to cancel during the 7-day trial.
  • Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., hosting phishing sites).
